Diener electronic was founded in 1993 and is one of the world's leading producers of plasma systems. Diener plasma surfacing technology is engineered and produced at two locations in Germany and exported all over the world.

In 2010, Diener's 90 employees turned out approximately 340 plasma systems.

Diener Electronic - History

Diener Electronic was founded in 1993 and has been producing high quality plasma systems for 30 years. It has received worldwide recognition for its plasma systems and these are now in service in the electronic, plastic, and medical industries.

Diener Electronic has plasma system distributors worldwide that provide their clients plasma cleaners, plasma etchers, RIE etchers, plasma activators, plasma coating and plasma polymerization systems. Their distributors also continuously provide technical support and advice to clients ensuring that their processes run flawlessly for the entire duration of their activity.

Plasma Technology by Diener

Plasma Technology offered by Diener Electronic includes a wide selection of low pressure plasma systems. Their lowest cost low pressure plasma system is the Zepto. This provides an economical laboratory scale plasma system. Large chamber plasma systems for processing large or high volume parts are also available. All plasma systems are customizable and can be built to meet any specifications.

Plasma Technology

Diener Electronic also builds a versatile atmospheric plasma treatment platform. Their PlasmaBeam, produces a plasma that emanates from a small plasma pen that can be held manually or manipulated robotically. This plasma system is useful for applications where a user wants to treat a narrow defined pattern on an item like a car door for the application of a weather-strip. This plasma system is very versatile and can be operated with compressed air, nitrogen, or oxygen. The unit is a very affordable solution to many cleaning and surface activation tasks.
