Contact Angle
The contact angle is the angle at which a liquid/vapor interface meets a solid surface. Used as a measure for the interaction of the liquid with the solid: the higher the contact angle, the smaller is the interaction. When the solid's surface energy is larger than the liquid's surface energy, this angle becomes zero.
