Plasma Cleaner | Low Cost Plasma System

Diener provides the models ZEPTO and ATTO for more basic treatment needs and simple plasma processes. These low-cost, but full-value plasma units come with chamber sizes up to 10 liters and with semiautomatic control. 

Plasma Cleaner ZEPTO and ATTO

ZEPTO (chamber size approx. 2.6 liters) and ATTO (chamber size approx. 10.5 liters) are being employed by the occasional user or when workpieces have to be treated in smaller numbers. Examples are:

• prototyping – adjustment of surface properties for single workpieces
• laboratory research – low-cost plasma systems lend themselves to many applications within the pyhsical, chemical, and materials sciences
• process development for plasma treatment procedures.

The variables of a plasma process strongly determine the resulting properties, such as surface energy, wettability, contact angle and microstructure.

The variables obtained during process development with Diener's low-cost plasma systems can be transferred directly to production-size plasma units, making scale-up of plasma processes easy and straightforward.
