MCS Series Control System

MCS series is a modular handling system for bipolar stepper motors up to a maximum of 4 interpolated axes

Femto Low Cost Plasma System

The GUI proprietary programming software, entirely developed by AEB Robotics, represents an important evolution compared to similar systems on the market. The work profiles can be created on a PC starting directly from the CAD drawings of the part to be machined. Adjustments can be made using an extremely intuitive 3D graphic editor or, after the program has been transferred onto the workstation, directly on board the machine via PC or dedicated PDA. The final handling sequences generated in this way can now be saved on the central unit of the workstation, up to 255 combinations at the most, and be called up by the operator without further interventions being necessary. In the case it is necessary to use more than 255 programs, it is sufficient to transfer the new work profiles from the PC to the workstation. All data on the workstation will be automatically and safely filed on the PC for subsequent necessities.

RBT5 - MCS Control System

Description:

The RBT5 is a programmable controller/driver card for bipolar hybrid stepper motors, with peak current programmable from 1 to 5 amperes.
The RBT5 can directly interface with external devices (PLC, buttons, etc.) or operate in a CAN OPEN network (CANopen DSP402) with a maximum of 126 devices.

The card features 20 digital optoisolated inputs and 10 digital optoisolated outputs (NPN or PNP selectable through hardware).
The RBT5 can manage incremental encoders in order to guarantee precise control of the crankshaft’s position.

The Windows-compatible graphic interface speeds up the card’s configuration procedure, making it compatible with various types of axes, engines and sensors. Speed profiles (acceleration, nominal speed, deceleration) and speed connections in the case of point sequences can be set, and delays as well as input and output status can be managed.

The RBT5 is equipped with electronic protection against overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature. Input and output status is indicated by LEDs.
