This service has been adopted by a growing number of companies because it provides several advantages. Extensive work goes into each master that is distributed by Thierry.

The process at Thierry begins with master material suppliers sending their goods to one of our locations. We then process these materials to the proper size, for example cutting textiles from the roll, spinning thread from spools, cutting webbing to proper lengths, etc.

All materials delivered to Thierry go through a quality control review by our highly trained staff. This ensures all masters distributed meet OEM standards and will allow for the production of the highest quality of parts.

Thierry then labels each approved master according to OEM specifications. When requested Thierry will measure samples for color and gloss. This data can be sent to the OEM for evaluation, as well as transferred to the labels of the correlating masters.

With this level of quality and consistency comes a certainty that any part you or your supplier makes will be produced using an approved and accurate master. The chance of working to an incorrect color position or appearance is eliminated.

Approved masters are then logged into our inventory control system. This system tracks the location and number of masters we have in stock.

It also makes the items available on Thierry’s web shop. We have recently added a few features online, including one that allows for new and upcoming masters to be viewed on the web shop, so customers can track an estimated release date for availability.

Thierry has a conscientious and knowledgeable staff that handle your requests, and questions. They are an interface to the OEM designers and engineers to answer questions.

All orders are processed and shipped the same day they are received, unless additional approval is needed by the OEM.   

The benefit of receiving your masters quickly will allow more time to work on generating quotes and the eventual production of parts without missing deadlines.
