Thierry is proud to be responsible for the distribution of master samples for several OEMs on a global scale. This service has been adopted by a growing number of companies because it comes along with several advantages. Much work goes into each master that is distributed by Thierry, and we would like to provide some details about our process for master sample administration and distribution. The process at Thierry begins with master material suppliers sending their goods to one of our locations. It is our job to process materials to the proper size, for example cutting textiles from the roll, spinning thread from spools, cutting webbing to proper lengths, etc. All materials delivered to Thierry go through a quality control review by the highly trained staff. This ensures all masters distributed meet OEM standards and allows the production of the highest quality of parts. Thierry is then responsible for labeling each approved master according to OEM specifications. It is also possible for Thierry to measure samples for color and gloss. The data can be sent to the OEM for evaluation, as well as transferred to the labels of the correlating masters when required. With this level of quality comes the certainty of knowing that any part you make will be produced using an approved master.

The chance of working to an incorrect color position or appearance is eliminated. These approved masters are then logged into our inventory control system. This system tracks the location and number of masters we have in stock. It also makes the items available on Thierry’s web shop. We have recently added a few features online, including one that allows upcoming masters to be viewed on the web shop, so customers can track an estimated release date for availability. Another benefit of distribution at Thierry is the knowledgeable staff that handles your requests for several OEMs. They are an interface to the designers and engineers to answer questions. All orders are processed the same day they are received, and unless approval is needed by the OEM, they are shipped to the customer. The benefit of receiving your masters quickly allows more time to work on and improve your process and parts without missing deadlines.
