The **cleaning** of **glasses** and **ceramics** is carried out in the same manner as the cleaning of metals. As a **process gas **for cleaning glasses **argon** or **oxygen** or compressed air in atmospheric pressure **plasma** .

In general it can be said that **cleaning **is usually carried out with **oxygen plasma**.

The other **parameters** (pressure, generator power, gas flow, duration of treatment) depend on the **sensitivity **of the workpieces to be treated.
