The Plasma Technology for Inline processes applicable for Plasma cleaning of endless metal profiles, tubes before coating, gluing, bonding or painting.
This technology is suitable for robots, ie the 2 or 3-dimensional surfaces can be scanned with the plasma beam using robots.
Plasma enables local surface cleaning without masking the remaining surface, e.g. Purification of Al, Au and Cu bonding pads prior to the wire bonding (wire bonding), without touching the rest of the surface.
