The **Plasma** Technology for **Inline** processes **applicable** for Plasma cleaning of endless metal profiles, tubes before coating, gluing, bonding or painting. 

This technology is **suitable for robots**, ie the 2 or 3-dimensional surfaces can be **scanned** with the **plasma beam** using robots. 

Plasma enables** local **surface cleaning **without** masking the remaining surface, e.g. Purification of Al, Au and Cu bonding pads prior to the wire bonding (wire bonding), **without** touching the rest of the surface.
