The adhesive label is a  specially  coated film that can be placed directly in the  chamber as a reference  or  glued to the  component . As soon as the dark indicator point has disappeared, the plasma treatment is  successfully  completed. The indicator labels can also be used for a  system  test. A label is placed in the empty vacuum chamber and the plasma ignited.
